OUR COMMITMENT TO SAFETY
Over the years, our demolition company has earned a stellar reputation for strictly adhering to OSHA standards and all safety protocols. Each member of our field crew undergoes a comprehensive 10-hour OSHA training program, and supervisors complete a rigorous 30-hour OSHA training program. Furthermore, each member of the team on any jobsite is required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times, and is trained to respond appropriately to jobsite hazards.
OUR EXPERIENCE AND EXPERTISE
RCD Demolition has been serving Southern Arizonian communities since 2013. However, our founder, Bobby Davila, grew up in the industry—literally. He learned the business by working with his uncle (who founded Avitia Demolition) at job sites in the Tucson area. He brings more than 25 years of experience to RCD Demolition. Bobby’s wife, Valerie, also manages RCD Demolition, bringing more than 20 years of experience in human resources and leadership.
The other members of our management team include Jaime Quintana (field manager and project manager with more than 20 years of experience), Alex Chavez (project manager and general superintendent with 15 years of experience), and Denize Davila (project coordinator with 10 years of experience). In short, our team has the skills and experience necessary to ensure our clients’ complete satisfaction with their project.
